House Standards & Conduct

the easy is built around discretion, comfort, and connection. To preserve the atmosphere of the club, members and guests are expected to carry themselves with consideration for the space and for those around them.

We ask that all members and guests:

Treat staff, members, and guests with courtesy and help maintain a relaxed and composed environment

be mindful of noise levels, phone use, and overall presence within the club

enjoy responsibly

Phone calls and speaker audio should be taken outside. Guests are encouraged to remain present, engaged, and respectful of the shared experience. Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests at all times.

the easy reserves the right to refuse service, limit access, or suspend membership when behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inconsistent with the standards of the club.

Club Access

Access to the easy is reserved for active members and their invited guests. Members may be asked to confirm membership upon arrival. Guests should arrive with a member unless otherwise arranged in advance.

At times, access may be limited due to private events or member programming.

Reservations outside standard operating hours may be accommodated for groups of six or more and are subject to minimum spend and catering requirements. Requests must be submitted at least one week in advance and are subject to approval.

Guests

Members may bring up to four guests per visit in accordance with their membership privileges. Guests should be accompanied by the member unless approved in advance. Members are responsible for ensuring their guests respect the standards and atmosphere of the club.

Once per month, members may extend hosting privileges to guests without being present. All guest visits must be arranged in advance, and the member remains responsible for their conduct.
